Went to the parents house for dinner tonight and my mom made something new which turned out really good. She made meatloaf with cornbread in the middle. Had never even heard of that before but it was pretty good. I told her next time I'm wrapping it in bacon and putting it in the smoker. Sorry no pics, just something to try if someone is looking for something new to throw in the smoker.

I could see putting a can of chopped green chiles in the cornbread batter, too.
