Did some double dipped Mies chicken fingers for us and the neighbors tonight.
Had the chicken soaking in milk for a few hours (didnt have no butter milk)

You must have different chickens than we do. Ours just have wings and feet - no fingers.
Them fingers are from Pennsylvania Dutch chickens, they use their fingers to count.. :D.. nice lookin fingers Rick..
I could put away 8 - 10 of those tasty fingers...with a BBQ dipping sauce and a beer!

They look great! Everyone one hear raves about how well you can "fake" fry with the mies, but me's thinks that mies is made for some hot oil... What do you think?

I agree! I like it better when you can fry with Mise
After you apply the Mies, do you need to let it sit for a while before cooking?

I usually dont let it sit too long. However, i do give it a good coating of EVOO with my oil spritzer.
