I have my brisket sitting in the fridge going on 30 hours now i slathered worchestire sauce and rubbed it in and applyed some rub has anyone else ever done this? Am hopeing the worsy sauce gives some good flavor i like it on steak and burgers so took a gamble and gave the brisket a slathering in it. Also can i also slather cym over it just before i put it in the smoker or does it have to sit over night? Was thinking about a 5 hour smoke of cherry and mesquite like 3 to 2 mesquite. Thanks for any input
it doesn't have to sit overnight with the CYM.
