Just cleaned the garage and found a box of 15 or so unidentified pucks. I know they came from the variety pack when I first bought my OBS last year but I have since bought the larger boxes of my preferred smoke. So in the spirit of not wasting I selected 11 random pucks, anything from special blend, cherry, hickory, maple, and alder I believe were in the variety box. I am not going to say anything to my family or neighbors and see what happens. Rib Roulette :P
