Title: Man vs Food ribs
Post by: Bigbirdoffroad on August 04, 2011, 12:09:55 AM
I just saw on MVF, a rib joint in VA that marinades their ribs. The guy mixes ribrub with worcestershire and brushes the ribs and let sit for an undetermined time to marinade before he smokes them. Sounds like a pretty good idea. Anyone ever try this method?

Haven't tried it with ribs, but that is what i do with my pork butts.  Rub'em down and into a gallon zip-lock, add about 3/4 cup of worcestshire to the bag and let it sit for 24 hours.  Might have to try it this weekend and I was already planning to do some ribs on Sunday.
