Ok I have seen a bunch of accronyms on here. And I am not sure what they are.

I know CYM is Cheap yellow mustard.
But what is FTC and some of the others. Maybe we can use this chain to spell out some of these for the mentally challenged newbee's like me.

SPC...Soy Protein Concentrate
ECA...Encapsulated Citric Acid
MTQ..Mortons Tender Quick
IT..Internal Temp
BBB...Bad Byrons Butt Rub

Thats all me brain can thunk of right now :o

Wow that is quite a list. Some of them I had forgotten I had seen. Now I have some research and figure out how to do some of those.
