Title: My basic rub recipe

Here is my Basic rub for ribs and chicken

3/4 cup paprika
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup ground black pepper
3 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp sage

Steve you have WAAAAAAY too much time on your hands. If you have the time to put all them seasonings on that plate so perfectly like that!!!

BTW they are not in order with the way they are listed. Shame on you!! ;D ;D

Looks interesting though.

The people I knew who could/would do that usually used a razor blade and mirror.  I haven't known any of those people for many years.  I don't think I need to know any more of them (and most of them are dead anyway).

Haha - Tenpoint5, yeah - they are not in the right order. I am getting into photography with my website so i wanted to try something creative with the spice mix. didn't use a razor blade. Never did that years ago in my younger years. I was able to stay away from that stuff.  8)
