Has anyone tried smoking carp?  My husband brought home some and I need some help with this.  It appears to be fairly fatty.  Any info would be appreciated.

Never tried smoking it or heard of it being smoked.  We eat a lot of carp in Alsace but it is always breaded with cornmeal and deep fried.
