well, i have to be real careful on what i eat. heart thing. so, my good friend squirt loves his salt lick. i used my own measurements.

i think i started w/ 3/4 cup pepper, 1/4 cup salt - 1/4 cup garlic powder - 1/4 cayenne. it was ok but like this one better. i increased the salt to 1/2 cup. so,
sparky's salt lick clone / for heart patients.
3/4 pepper - 1/2 salt - 1/4 garlic powder - 1/4 cayenne.

ya know, it does taste pretty good. should be real nice on a pork butt.
