Title: question about corned beef
Post by: EZ Smoker on November 15, 2011, 10:23:48 AM
I bought (from Sam's) a Grobbel's corned beef flat to eat in simple corned beef and swiss sandwiches.  Instructions on the package told me to boil the thing, but I'm not much into boiling meat.   How should I cook it and to what IT?  Anybody have any thoughts on that?

I usually steam them in my pressure cooker (Mrs prefers them that way), but you can toss that bad boy in your smoker and cook it like you are doing Pastrami..
