I had no brown sugar so I used 2 cups of regular sugar and 2 cups of Kosher Salt. Mixed very well.

Into the fridge for 3-4 days.

You use any cure or just salt and sugar?
I used no cure. This was a first for me with no cure and i was a bit nervous about it. So please be cautious if you decide to make it.
