Tried some ribs pork back ribs the local grocery store brought in. Never seen them have these ones before. Gave them a good rub of my home made rub and next day in the smoker.

After three hours of hickory smoke I took them out for the foil with some apple Joice and a glaze of maple syrup.

These took a lot longer to get to where I like them and the glaze got burnt but still very good.
