Title: Happy Turkey Day!
Post by: Flyboyandre on November 24, 2011, 02:32:08 PM
Decided to test out the dual element and ned PID today and i'm always willing to say that it's the best thing i've done in the Bradley so far.

Brined it for 24 hours and smoked at 230 for 13 hours.

Good job, nice color.  A long time in the cook/smoke, but it looks like a big bird.  Was the meat still moist?
