Title: Last of the Bambi marathon smoke

Got the last of the 10 deer in the smoker.  Makin Summer sausage with 2 hrs 40 min Hickory.  I mixed them up in a different tub just in case you were wondering.  LOL Will be done later this evening and will post more pics.  The Hunter called and said it was the best SS he has ever had.  Said he will bring more deer when he goes back to AL in a week  :o

Last of the ground up packs added up to 14 pounds so added 6 pounds of poke.
