I am making some sliced meat jerky with cabela's jerky juice and want to make some jerky with ground meat.  Has anyone used the jerky juice for that seasoning and if so how much do you need to add per pound. Thanks

I use Smoking Gun Jerky marinade.  www.smokinggunjerky.com  They say use 3 oz of marinade per pound of ground meat.  I use a bit less as I've found it a little wet to manipulate while "blasting".
