Title: Christmas Pistachio

Last night I smoked a bunch of nuts.  I did about six pounds of pistachio's and four pounds of cashews, using different flavors for each.  I did the pistachio's with apple smoke for 2 hours and had four different flavors.  First, I did a batch of Seemore's using green tobasco, then I replaced the tobasco with Red Hot.  Next batch of pistachio's got Crystal's hot sauce, and the final batch of pistachio's used Carolina Gold as the hot sauce. (I only used 1 Tbs of this, but should have used 2Tbs).  They each turned out delicious.  Most of these are going for Christmas gifts.
