Title: Smokin' duck
Post by: rooster85 on January 02, 2012, 08:49:10 PM
Hey gents and ladies, i just finished smoking and eating some baby back ribs from a wild hog and now id like to smoke one of my ducks. Have any tips on ducks? Ive only just begun smoking meat and havent began poultry yet. Maybe a nice sweet and spicy rub for a few days then maple wood? Thanks gents. Take care.
