Title: no heat

I have a new style 6 tray digital smoker.  When I plug it in the temperature readout starts out at 372 degrees.  The main heat does not come on, I guess because of the false temp reading.  Any way to reset this?

I don't recall seeing this problem in the past. Try unplugging the sensor wire, make sure there is not debris on the contacts, and plug them in again. Also sometimes reversing the ends help.
