There is a sausage supply store in Langley BC that carries equipment, cures, spices, etc and has a large selection of free (my favorite price) recipes on their website.
I can't vouch for the recipes since I haven't tried any yet (just getting started with sausages) but these may interest some of you. I know I am going to try some.
