Got a good deal on fresh wings and decide to try Willinghams Wham Rub(from the Christmas Exchange/Canneyscud), I just took off the tips(lazy), gave them a good rub with the seasoning. 1hr 40min pecan, and just another 30min heat. So for a double wham lol I put on the SRG to fish the skin. Seasoning was great! Thanks Mike.

Nice job. As a matter of info, your basket will fit inside the Bradley 4BDS. You can then remove and place into your SRG. You probably already knew that. ;D
I did know about the basket...but since it was only about 21 wings I thought just to grill them off. Which rendered the fat and crisped them up fabulously!
