Made some Chicken Breast in the Bradley in the middle mof the week. Didn't have enough time to post the pix until now.
Slathered them in mayo and sprinkled Jan's Rub on them. Smoked at 225 until I had an IT of 165. Something came up
& I could not finish them so covered them I stuck them in the fridge. Next day I set the oven on low broil, crisped the skin and heated to an IT of 145. WOW way good and super moist! My wife took a left over breast to her boss at work. She warmed it in he microwave and was blown away by the flavor and how moist the chicken was! Amazing after being re-heated twice! The mayo really seems to work!
Love my Bradley!

Now them are some pretty breasts. Jan's Rub was originally developed for chicken. Always give it that pretty color.
