The first competition of the year is fast approaching on March 25 in Chilliwack, BC. We will not be judging this one but we will be at the competition in Monroe, WA at the end of April. Judging is good fun and you get to meet a whole bunch of like minded people.

Yeah! It is getting close to that time of year. I'm gearing up for the start of the BBQ competitions in the Northeast. I'll be judging my first competition of the year on April 15th. It is a BBQ-Brethren event, on Long Island. My first KCBS judging of this year will be on April 22nd on Staten Island.
