Title: Easter ham
Post by: seemore on April 10, 2012, 04:41:50 PM
We got a Kurobuta ham from Snake River Farms for the family dinner.
We put the ham in around 8:30 at 325 degrees per the instructions, no seasonings nor water.
Here it is after 4 hours:

That was the best ham I have ever had!
I don't normally endorse any companies, but I have purchased both a pork shoulder and a beef brisket from Snake River Farms, and they have been outstanding.
