Title: Vegetarian rennet

I was just looking through an online aucton site and someone in my town is selling vegetarian rennet

only thing is the best before date is jan 2012, they said its fine for a year after the date but thought i would check

so will it be

I know nothing about vegatarian Rennett but if the Manufacturer states it should be used by a certain date I think I would trust them and pay  more for a fresh product. Thats my opinion...

daft thing is i just realised she is asking more than a fresh one ha

but just thought id ask, as here in the uk we dont have sell by dates ect on food any more, well some do but they a slowly stopping it
