Started some ribs to night. Cut them from a pork butt about 1 " thick. Rubbed in some Memphis rub to try. Slow cooked for 3 hours and tented with some Apple cider and the juices I caught form the ribs. Cooked till the bone pulled out easy.. Took off foil and added a Texas sauce I got from my Christmas buddy for the exchange. Texas/Texas Good to the Bone BBQ sauce and grilling. Came out Delicious. Now my wife wants to try other combos. I guess since she uses Jans on every thing she does she wants to try mine different. LOL Sorry forgot pics but I did get one money shot I think. I will post it later.

And we finished them up in one sitting they were so good! Sorry I totally got caught up in the moment! If not for my wife reminding me I would not have had these.

Thanks Amigo I'm sure they will. For a pretty much no fail cooking use the 3-2-1 method. Never fails.

Well I had sat down and started eating when the wife lloked over and gave a coy smile. Saying did you take pics? LOL What would I do with out her. Some time it's like she's my right hand, and sometimes like shes both right and left. ::)
