Pardon the newb question:

Can I still use the temp probe on the Auber just to get IT of the TB today even though it isnt hooked up to the smoker?

Auberins Dual Probe

Doing my second smoke in my new BDS today, trying to use my new Auberins Dual probe as well to do a turkey breast today.

No cables came with the Auber, which is probably my fault, so I dont thikn I can use it to control Temp in the smoke box.

Gave my woman a T test, and she passed at 98
