Title: fish brine
Post by: cobra6223 on May 03, 2012, 08:57:43 PM
Hi folks
I'm looking for a fish brine that could be used with fish such as catfish, carp, sheephead and such. I already have a great dry brine for salmon so I'm looking for something for the kinds I mentioned and what better place to come and look than the awesome Bradley forum. As always thanks for everyone's help in advance I greatly appreciate it.
Thanks
Tim

I use my dry on most all fish.  Never tried to smoke catfish, wonder if it would taste like smoked mud?

thanks wazzuiu
Smoked catfish is very good, I like to use smaller ones up to about 2 lbers as they don't have that real muddy tastse yet.
