Does anyone know if the times for Loin Back Ribs is 3-2-1 or 2-2-1?

Which ever you like. Depends on how much smoke you want on them. I sometimes go with 2-2-.5. So as not to stiffen them back up too much at the
End. You can also do 2-3-1 or .5.   You

Ribs (Baby Back )
1.5 to 2.5 lbs.
225° F to 250° F
5 hours
Pulls back from bones

But I always go by They are done when they are done  ;)
