So I emailed thermapen and this is what they sent me ;D ;). They advised to start on the black one as it's the fastest one. LIKE MINE ;D. Speed performance drops as you go clockwise. ;D

Mike that is a fake chart. As Gus stated they gave it to you just to make their customer happy. They knew it was you buy your caller ID and looked up your purchase so they did not need to know your color.
Everyone knows that the official test was done by the N.T.S.A. National Thermometer Speed Assosiation.
Theirs is an unbiased test that contains several different results in a graph/chart presentation. Testing done on various cuts of meat in labratory conditions. Your chart is just a color wheel.
I don't want to post the charts due to legal reasons and the fact that there will be many disappointed forum members when they find out they are 1/100th of a second slower than the other colors.... And up to 1 second slower than British Racing Green ;)
Dam!' but it looks so official and legit ;D
I guess they have that high tech system like Dominos Pizza where when you call in, they know your address by the number on their fancy caller id system :o

Every thermapen (except orange)has a receiver and transmitter in it so they know all about you. That is why all the other colors are slower than orange.
Gus if you are wearing a foil hat that information transmission is blocked. Obviously Mike forgot to wear his foil hat ;D
