Hey smokers.....got a breast going in tonight, what length of time can I expect? Also,can I ftc turkey?

I did an 8 LB a few weeks ago and it took me about 5 hours but after the smoke I transferred into my oven because I wanted my skin crispy. In the Bradley you will never get the skin crispy, it will be like rubber and you will have to pull it off.

That looks great!  what type of seasoning did you you? and wood type?

I just used the recipie in the bradley flip cards, except I didnt read the directions close enough and combined everything they called for in my magic bullet then added the sherry. It still came out good!
