Who is Scott?  Let me say this about Scott, you may not have met him when he came but you will certainly know him when he leaves(if you know what I mean. :o ;D)

Scott's has quite a pronounced flavor.  Very thin, almost watery.  Huge flavor punch.

Like Larry said. Thin liquid with major seasoning, not to hot, just right.

They dont have in TX?

Here is how the Scotts looks like. Has spices and red pepper in it already, its does have a kick to it.

Also wanted to add:

Don't be afraid to add some Scott's in some Baked Beans...OH MY...you will be hooked.

Just make sure that you shake it up first...there is some serious seasonings in there.
