Thanks to Pikeman for the recipe.  This is some really good fish.

Out of the marinade to dry for a spell

I sure would like to try a chunk!  But in looking at the pix, might it be slightly overdone?

Rajzer, it's actually almost perfect.  I think the darkness around the edges is because the Soy Vey marinade is quite sugary.  The edges are just a little chewy but really delicious.  I think next time I will slice the fillets thinner to try to get the whole batch to that consistency.  It really is fish candy!

Kirby has already shared the recipe.  It very simple.  An overnight marinade in Soy Vey then smoke em.  I am at work or I would look up a link for you.  I'll try later.
