Hi from Scotland  :)

I've been used to cold-smoking using a variety of home made contraptions with some modest success, but I've recently succumbed to temptation & ordered an original Bradley so I can try some of these great-looking recipes I've seen!

I'm looking forward to its arrival & looking forward even more to getting used to it :P
