Why can't we use aluminum foil in the smoker?

Welcome to the forum!
A lot of people have used foil in the BS.
I think what the manufacture frets over is that someone will use it  example: wrap the drip tray with foil or cover the smoked product in such a way that the grease is redirected and runs down the door or worse, towards the heating element.

Oh well, if your Bradley ever catches on fire...at least you will know how to put it out!!![:D][;)][B)]

Plus the concern that a user may cover a whole rack or two with foil. It would seriously interfere with the air flow, something which is very important in the smoking process.
