The smell of these babys a roasting was unreal,,,,,,,,,,,,,I would love to be there when they roast these David

Our local store (HEB) has a fresh brat made with mild hatch chilis and cheese.

I was thinkin about makin some sausage with hatch peppers but couldnt decide rather the peppers should be roasted first
Were they roasted in those Sonny?
Curt they don't look like they are. (no dark green)
But don't see why that wouldn't work.
