NEED HELP HERE. I never got an e-mail to verify my e-mail address. Asked for resend 10 times and never got the first one of them.. Forum says an error has occured. Have had nothing from BS forum since 03/31/06.
Couldn't re-register using ChefBill e-mail address either.
Had to register under a new name with a different e-mail address to even get in at all... I need to get in touch with the admin. to get this fixed so I can return as ChefBill , anybody got a suggestion on what to do. OR admin. e-mail address... ChefBill

It is possible that your ISP has a bloc on the address Bradley is using to send e-mails, or if you have spam software that may be filtering out the e-mails sent from Bradley (Norton and iHateSpam seem to want to filter everything). If you are able check you spam quarantine folders, and what your ISP is filtering you may find Bradley's confirmation e-mail (my ISP give me the option to log on and review the e-mails they are blocking, and give me the option to "whitelist" or to send a block e-mail to me).

Cheff Bill, Check your bulk mail box. Thats where I found my email. I then still couldn't get in and had to do a "Lost Password" and had to reset my PW. I eventually go in. Try that.

Still have not heard from Forum Administrator by e-mail or otherwise. I guess they just don't need me on the forum anymore. ??? BUT I don't seem to be the only one. Seems BigSmoker was having troubles too.
I have no bulk mail folder with AOL. only spam, + incoming and it's not there. Damn thing won't even give me the option to reset password.
Also not getting subscription updates on new name. Just does not seem to be getting thru AOL from Forum ISP.. ChefBill

I had the same problems as you. I have POP3 email, so I logged in to my ISP website and checked my mail there. (in the Bulk Mail folder) It had about 10 emails from Bradley (I kept hitting resend authentication email). If you can check your email directly through the AOL website, that might help. If you can, click on the link provided. For me, the link didn't work by clicking on it. I copied and pasted the link on a new page. Then used the password supplied by Bradley (2nd number) and I got in. Hope this helps

Finally got in, it was giving me fits too. I don't know if it was because i was trying it from work on a different pc or what. But I got in finally by copying the link from the e-mail then it activated then I had to do a new password like I forgot.

Well we just got lucky is all. Martin sent me an E-mail the same time you did so it was easy to forward yours on to him. ;D ;D

Just when I started to figure out the old forum they change it. Looks like the new one will work good but I can't seem to find the member recipe link. I am looking to try ribs this weekend.

Well, ski season is over, which means it's now smoke season. 10lbs. of maple beef jerky with cherry smoke last weekend, 8 racks of KC-style prok spare ribs this weekend.
Glad to see the new forum up and running and the old-timers moving over and coming back.
