Title: Frozen Boston Butt
Post by: czartman on September 27, 2012, 07:56:38 AM
I have a Boston Butt that has been in the freezer since purchased in March. Any thoughts on whether it might still be suitable for pulled pork? Or should I grind it up for sausage? Or should it be pitched?

If it has been frozen all that time it should  be good for pulled pork.
