Title: Internal Oven Temp stuck
Post by: morty87 on October 20, 2012, 02:02:07 PM
Hello,

New to the smoker group.  :)  I bought a bradley digital 4 rack smoker 2 weeks ago.  1st time seemed to work well.  I went to use it today, and as soon as I turned it on the internal oven temp says 344.  I have tried to set the oven temp lower to see if that would work but no.  I unplugged all connections and again as soon as I plugged it in the internal temperature stays the same.

any ideas?

Hi Morty;

Sorry to welcome you to the forum in this manner.

I have never seen this problem posted before. It seems you have a bad panel. I would call Bradley Tech. the first thing Monday morning.

Some times Brian monitors this board on the weekends. Hopefully this is a weekend he will log on.
