Title: Wrapping cheese to rest
Post by: Grouperman941 on November 18, 2012, 06:21:45 PM
Now that our nights are a little cooler here, I want to try smoking some cheese. I don't have a vac sealer. Would wrapping the cheeses really tight work, or using ziplocs in a bowl of water to force out the air?

I ordered some wax, too, but I only want to use that for gifts.

Wrap in plastic wrap, then ziplocs......you'll be fine. I have done that with no problem.
