I need to get some additional racks and will probably get some frog mats. Are the jerky racks any good? Or should i just buy the regular racks and frogmats?

I heard the non-stick coating comes off easily on the jerky racks.

Stick with the original racks and if ya want to do small things like nuts get the frog mats
The jerky racks dont hold up
It would be nice if they nickle plated the jerky racks like they do the original ones

I have both the regular and jerky racks. I would stick with the regular racks with frogmats. I bought frogmats for both types of racks as the finish started peeling off of the jerky racks as other have notes.
