Title: First Cheese
Post by: MoHuka on February 08, 2013, 01:56:32 PM
Got the 6-Rack DBS for Xmas and went to Saudi Arabia for a month without really getting to try it out.  Spent most of the time out in the desert with little else to do than read the Bradley Forum...decided I liked the idea of smoking some cheese.  I stopped at our apartment in Jeddah on the way home and checked out the Bin Dawood Market next door and found an interesting assortment of chesse, mostly Dutch.  I got some Dutch Hot, Herbey, Black Pepper and Edam.  I also got a small round of Hungarian kaskawane Cow cheese and after getting home some Tillamook Medium Cheddar (I am originally for Oregon)

Cut up and ready for smoker

In the smoker (threw in some Polish Sausage for the ride)
