In the pot with a splash of water and plop the lid on the pot then chuck it in the hot box

After 30 min remove the lid and cook till peppers are done

THAT looks wonderful! Just bought some bell peppers to make some too! Did ya put sour cream or cream cheese in them? Or was that a dumb question? ;D

My Kinda Stuffed Bell Peppers
4 Large Green Peppers
1 lb. Ground beef or Pork
1/4 Cup Minced Dried onion (1/2 cup Fresh Onion)
2 Clove garlic (1 tsp. dried minced)
1 15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
3/4 cup Minute White rice (uncooked)
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
1 10oz. Rotel Original (undrained)
1 4oz. Chunky Style Portabella Mushrooms (undrained)
2 Tbl. Worcestershire Sauce
6 oz. Velveeta
-Brown Beef.
-Add tomato sauce and Rotel. Stir.
-Add Rice, Onion, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic. Stir.
-Add chopped tops of Green Peppers. Cover and Simmer for 20 min.
-Add cheese and Worchestershire. Cover and turn off heat.
-Warm oven to 350 F.
-Stuff Peppers and put into dish. Add 1/4" water. Cover and cook 30 min. or until peppers are tender.
-Uncover and cook another 10 min.
