Title: Sweet Bread Bowls

Took my dough after the rise from mixing, weigh it and divide it by 3.

1/3 of the dough I made this

The other 2/3's I divided by 8 and made these X 2.

After baking I got these.

Made a Pork Stew using ground and cubed Pork

Had froze a couple of the bowls and tonight I defrosted them and some of the
T-Bone Chili, sliced Grilled Chicken Breast and Cilantro Potato Salad

I loooooove bread bowls,,,,,,,,,,make them with sweet dough or sourdough

That does indeed look GOOD!

But I must admit, it had to look twice at the subject line to make sure there was a space between the sweet and the bread!
