Some Whole Wheat Sourdough English Mufffins
The starter all mixed up and ready for the first rise

About 2 hr later

Punch that bad boy down and place on a lightly floured surface, cover with plastic and let rest a few, while the dough rests. sprinkle two bakin sheets with corn meal
Heat up your griddle to 350 F
Roll the to out about 1/2" thick and cut out some 3" muffins

Place on bakin sheets and sprinkle with cornmeal, cover with plastic and let rest an hour
Then cook till IT hits 190 F

I have made these many times with sweet bread starter too ;)
