Now into the smoker..... 225 degrees

1st one is a plan old seasoning salt rub with granulated garlic.  EVOO rubbed first.

Second is EVOO and the a 5 peppercorn mix, granulated garlic.....

Pretty simple.

It's in now, having some issue getting the box temp back up...  Sitting at 150....
