Title: Breakfast Pizza

Take two 8 oz tubes of butter flake crescents smash them together on a pizza pan

Roll up the leftovers

Smear on some sauce, I used 50/50 picante sauce and my sriracha ketchup

Scramble up 8 eggs till almost done and start the layers

Fry up half a dozen slices of bacon till crispy, drain, crumble and throw on

Fry up some home grown breakfast sausage, drain and throw it on

Top with some smoked colby jack

Throw in the oven till the crust is browned and the cheese is nice N bubbly

Had some for breakfast again this mornin,,,,,,,,,,mmmmmmmmm gooood!!

Dough got a little soggy from the microwave  :-\

Learned a great trick for reheating leftover pizza that prevents the crust from getting soggy.  Simply place the pizza in a dry skillet on top of the stove and reheat.  The heat from the metal surface aids in crisping up the crust.

That pizza looks awesome Curt.

Most times I warm it up on a pan in the oven but didnt want to heat the oven for just one slice
