Title: Boston Butts This Weekend

Going to make a brine, using Uncle John's blackstrap sorghum molasses, mixed with water and Jan's rub. Brine 24 hours then a generous rub down with more Jan's. Then apple wood smoke. Can hardly wait.

Think I could get drunk on this stuff.
