Title: Two smoked chickens

Smoked two whole birds yesterday.
Basted with EVOO.
Seasoned with garlic powder & onion powder.(with roasted garlic under the skin)
Set them on beer can holders.

Into the Bradley for 1 hr. 20 min. Jim Beam @ 230 F.
Then into the TBE to finish.

40 minutes later, IT 168 F, pulled from TBE.

Took one to my youngest son & his lady friend, My wife & I ate the other with mashed potatoes, Broccoli, and homemade white bread.
Sorry, no picture of that, too hungry.

The shine on your tbe racks is hurting my eyes. The birds look great.

I don't know what a TBE is but it looks like it finishes that yard bird up real nice. I keep getting so many idea's from everyone that I don't think I'll ever get them all smoked. :)
