Smoking brisket today open door to check on brisket and door comes off in my hand smoker is 3 yrs old who do I call I bought it from cabelas

Now that really sucks, sorry to hear that.. I have just noticed a crack on the bottom part of my door. I have to keep an eye on that! and my smoker is only a few months old :'(
