I got back to the house last night from work and the wife had a little present waiting for me! That would be 75 lbs of pork bellies. I guess I know what she wants from me before I head back to work in two weeks. Photos to come.

That is a wonderful welcome home present! While you are off from work send some of that great smelling smoked pork bellies down here to the lower 48.

Well it has been a long day! Got all 75lbs. trimmed up and rubbed down with cure. Also managed get a new fridge out of the deal. It has been a good day.

You have been busy and a new fridge, I could only be so lucky. I did pick up a 13.5lb belly to cure along with 4 butts totaling 30lbs, 3 for sausage and one for pulled pork.
